How does my pet join the PHL PETS family?
Contact us and we will set-up your free meet-and-greet. That’s all it takes!

What services does PHL PETS provide?
We provide professional, experienced, safe and fun dog walking and pet sitting services. We offer sleepovers (boarding) at our owners home and housesitting at our clients homes. We offer pet taxi service, day care and we work regular and non-standard hours. We are inclusive and work with animals of all ages and breeds. We specialize is working with geriatric and hospice animals, in addition to those who have special needs.

What are PHL PETS hours of operation?
Office hours: Monday – Friday 9am-7pm.
Walks/Visiting: Morning 9am-11am, Afternoon 11am-3pm, Late Afternoon 3pm-5pm, Evening, 5pm-7pm. We offer before and after business hour appointments, if available.  We do our best to accommodate last-minute walks.

What is PHL PETS cancellation policy?
Walks/Visits: We realize that unforeseen situations occur, for this reason we do not charge for cancellations prior to the date of service. Day of service cancellation fee is $5. Within two hours of booking, or if we show up and are not needed, we charge in full for the cancellation.

Overnights/Housesitting: We realize that unforeseen situations occur, but if a cancelation request is sent within 3 days of a set booking, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. Fee based upon length of visit.

What’s PHL PETS inclement weather policy?
In the event of such weather, no matter what it takes, we will visit your pet! During extreme heat, nasty rain or snow we may shorten the walk if it is appropriate, we will spend the remainder of the scheduled time playing indoors.

Does PHL PETS administer medication to pets?
Yes. We are experienced with many situations including administering medicine such as insulin injections, feeding animals who cannot feed themselves, pill and liquid medications, epilepsy, wound care, end of life care and more. We work around any special need and do not charge extra for administering medication.

PHL PETS is “Bonded & Insured”. What does that really mean?
PHL PETS is trained to expect the unexpected and is prepared to avoid any situation where an incident can occur. Being bonded & insured means that if there is accidental damage while visiting your pet, then that damage is covered under our policy. It also covers injuries, which we don’t want to think about, but must.
